Tokomni helps you take care of business in many ways. Customers don’t like to be kept waiting, and now there’s no need to leave them hanging; if you can’t answer, simply swipe the call forward to an available team member. If input is needed from another team member during a call, just drag their contact number into the conversation. To make sure conversations don’t get out of control, use our tone recognition indicator to detect raised voices, so that steps can be taken to diffuse the situation.

 

To monitor staff performance, Tokomni has a ‘listen-in’ function, so you can hear them in action.
